Senior Account Executive (HCP Marketing)

In this role, you'll guide campaigns and will show your passion about the brand’s marketing challenges and opportunities. You'll manage short and long-term projects that span multiple mediums (including print, interactive, and video), provide strategic insights and actively solve problems while working closely with our creative, production, tech and strategy groups. PLEASE NOTE: this is not a sales job.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for our clients and maintains an open line of communication
  • Responds to client questions/concerns/requests
  • Works closely with project managers to ensure timelines and budgets are in good shape and has important internal and external conversations to help mitigate issues
  • Develops creative briefs and helps to lead kick-offs
  • Provides strategic input and comments on developing creative/copy/strategy
  • Assists the production team with timeline and budget management
  • Provides key updates to senior management as needed


  • 4 years minimum experience working in an advertising agency REQUIRED
  • Experience working with pharmaceutical, wellness or CPG clients REQUIRED
  • Therapeutic experience in Antipsychotics**
  • Strong marketing, strategy, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment as well as independently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • Great sense of humor
