Account Executive (HCP Promo / Med Comm)

The Account Executive is the project lead responsible for the day-to-day execution of project work and for driving completion of project deliverables that are on-time, on-budget, and without errors. The Account Executive is the primary internal point of contact for his/her assigned projects and is responsible for managing the accurate and timely communication of project information, status, deadlines, and next steps to the internal team and clients on a daily basis. The Account Executive drives development of project work throughout agency departments in accordance with client and agency processes, liaises with project stakeholders for required inputs, and manages the submission, review, and final delivery of work and materials.

Specific Titles & Responsibilities:

There are three titles that correspond to the position of Account Executive. They are:

The Associate Account Executive must be able to fulfill the responsibilities under the direct supervision of his/her manager or designated senior team member.

The Account Executive must have a proven record of independently executing the responsibilities.

The Senior Account Executive must have a proven record of not only independent execution, but must also demonstrate the ability to successfully onboard, train, and coach others in the Account Executive role.
